Bojangles' in Statesville, NC is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead restaurant teams and deliver Southern hospitality. You will partner with the General Manager to drive traffic, service quality, and store profitability while maintaining guest-centric culture.

The role requires a minimum of two years in management, willingness to work flexible shifts, a valid driver's license, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years management experience.
• 18 years or older
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, and access to reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.
• Previous onboarding experience with employees at all levels.
• Prior Microsoft Office Experience
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
• Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead our teams in providing exceptional guest service and a customer-centric culture.
• Develop and lead a team that drives traffic, sales, and profitability.
• Maintain BoFood and BoLabor systems and processes.
• Uphold safety, security, and quality standards in daily operations.
• Engage in inventory management and participate in LTO life cycle training and POP deadlines.
