Job summary

Bojangles' is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead restaurant teams in delivering Southern Hospitality and exceptional guest experiences. You will work with the General Manager to drive traffic, sales, and profitability while maintaining a customer-centric culture.

Your role includes people leadership, performance management, and continuous development of team members to ensure WOW service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.
• Previous onboarding experience with employees at all levels.
• Prior Microsoft Office experience.
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience.
• Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to deliver exceptional guest experience and profitability.

• Ensure adherence to systems and processes and drive WOW guest service.
• Manage inventory and safeguard safety and security standards.
• Participate in all LTO life cycle, including training and POP deadlines.
