Job summary

Bojangles' in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead restaurant teams and drive guest satisfaction. You will work with the General Manager to build a team that delivers exceptional Southern Hospitality, traffic, sales and profitability through a customer-centric culture.

Essential duties include creating an inviting store culture, coaching new team members, communicating with guests, and ensuring safety, quality and service standards are upheld in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a 50-hour week.
• Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.
• Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels.
• Prior Microsoft Office experience.
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience.
• Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to bend, stand, kneel, lifting 25+ lbs.
