Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an experienced HR leader to translate global HR strategy into local practice across the employee lifecycle. You will partner with business leadership to elevate the employee experience, support inclusion, and drive Just-In-Time initiatives in a distributed, matrixed organization.

You will coach and advise stakeholders, manage employee relations, and lead time-critical projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Human Resources experience required.
• Experience with Employee Relations (investigations, performance management, etc.).
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Facilitation and program leadership experience is a plus.
• HR policy interpretation and local policy adaptation.

Responsibilities

• Act as local delivery experts of the company’s global HR strategy and align local policies.
• Identify opportunities and deliver sustainable root-cause solutions.
• Enhance employee experience across onboarding, reviews, promotions, etc.
• Contribute to an inclusive culture and employee belonging.
• Lead or participate in time-critical projects impacting business results.
• Manage employee relations and performance management in partnership with Employee Relations.
• Provide coaching, training, and advisory support to stakeholders.
• Support transitions and expansions of new business with focus on employee experience.
