Job summary

The role spans HRIS, talent management platforms and organizational design changes, with a strong people-centric focus.

You will operate across Change Management, Communications, Training and Project Management disciplines, applying HR process expertise, analytics and governance to optimize the employee lifecycle and

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex HR transformation projects across multiple countries.
• Strong knowledge of HR data, analytics and reporting to guide decisions.
• Experience with HR system implementations (Workday, ServiceNow HR) and organizational design changes.

Responsibilities

• Project intake, scoping and business case creation.
• Project Timeline, project plan creation and tracking; Development of Project Governance.
• Managing end-to-end project execution and meeting management; action tracking and reporting.
• Risk/Issue/Decision identification and mitigation; interdependencies across workstreams.
• Develop overall change management plan and execute all change efforts for the project.
• Identify stakeholders and execute a stakeholder engagement and adoption plan.
