Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in workplace experience, hospitality, employee engagement, facilities, or related services.
• Experience leading global or multi-region teams and establishing operating standards.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion the global workplace experience strategy and operating model.
• Lead regional Workplace Experience Managers and develop leadership capabilities.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and program spend; optimize costs while maintaining service quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with client priorities and real estate footprint.
• Oversee onboarding of new sites and drive change management for portfolio updates.
