Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking an experienced HR leader to serve as the local delivery expert for our global HR strategy. You will manage 2–3 direct reports, partner with account directors, and drive employee relations, training, and engagement initiatives across Charlotte and key accounts.

The role requires 8+ years of HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree, strong communication skills, and financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years HR experience.
• PHR or SHRM certification preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Employee Relations experience and conflict resolution.
• Experience working in a matrixed, geographically distributed organization.
• Strong financial acumen preferred.
• Past people manager experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as local delivery expert of JLL's global HR strategy.
• Manage 2-3 direct reports, providing escalation guidance and career development.
• In a player/coach role, support complex accounts as the primary HR partner.
• Lead and support Talent Management projects within accounts.
• Analyze workforce data and trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Boost employee engagement and culture in partnership with PXP Lead.
• Provide consultation to business stakeholders through coaching, training, and advisory support.
• Travel up to 25-40% as needed.
