Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Chicago is seeking an experienced Change Manager to join project teams delivering large, complex, multi-year transformational change initiatives across technology and organizational design. You will lead change management, communications and training efforts to ensure adoption and sustainability.

The role requires global experience, pragmatic delivery, and the ability to coach project teams on change management while aligning with HR CoE disciplines.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering complex change initiatives globally.
• Experience leading change management for new system implementations and organizational design changes.
• Ability to operate across Change Management, Communications and Training disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Change Management: Develop overall change management plan and approach. Lead & execute on all change management efforts for the project & support transition to BAU at the conclusion of project. Develop impact analysis for project changes in process, system, roles, behaviors, skills; define stakeholders and execute a stakeholder plan.
• Communications: Develop communications and engagement plans for the project; partner with the communications lead; support creation of collateral and drafting communications.
• Training: Develop training approach & documents; support training efforts and create training collateral in collaboration with L&D teams; evaluate user readiness for project implementation.
