Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Chicago is seeking a strategic Head of HR PMO to govern the HR transformation portfolio and lead a team of project and change managers. You will shape priorities, run governance bodies, manage scoping, reporting and delivery of high-impact HR programs.

You will partner with HR leadership to align roadmaps, secure resources, and ensure successful go-lives. The role demands strong leadership, financial acumen and experience across global HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in project and program management across multi-workstream transformation.
• Recent hands-on project delivery experience while leading a team.
• Experience managing high-performing teams and strategic planning.
• Ability to design portfolio governance, steering committees and executive reporting.
• Skill in turning complex requirements into actionable plans with clear ownership.
• Comfort working with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Govern HR portfolio governance design, reporting, and scoping for priority projects.
• Lead steering committees, track milestones, risks and interdependencies.
• Produce regular status reports for HR leadership and executives.
• Own business cases and financial benefits/costs reporting for HR transformations.
• Coordinate with technology, finance, talent acquisition and business partners.
• Develop capacity plans, sequencing work and ensuring on-time go-lives.
• Coach and develop a team of project and change managers.
