Amazon.com Services LLC seeks an HR Partner to advance employee experience on the PXT team onsite at a Massachusetts facility. You will support engagement, leadership development, and HR operations, building partnerships across site operations.

Qualifications

• Experience handling confidential information.
• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon experience with 1-year HR general experience.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience communicating effectively with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing key HR programs and partnering with PXT and Operations.
• Execute standard work with quality and timeliness, meeting SLAs and documenting HR processes.
• Provide frontline employee support, respond to inquiries, and escalate issues as needed.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement and retention using available tools.
• Learn to track PXT data and prepare insights for site reviews.
