Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an HR Partner to support PXT operations on the AMZL team, focusing on employee experience, engagement, and HR operational excellence. The role requires onsite presence at an Amazon facility and involves coaching leaders, handling sensitive information, and driving data-driven insights.

You will work with frontline staff and leaders to reinforce workplace standards, execute programs, and resolve employee matters, while partnering across teams to improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience with 1-year human resources general experience or equivalent experience (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, manufacturing)
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
• Experience communicating effectively with diverse audiences (explaining processes, addressing concerns, providing guidance)

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing key programs and partnering with PXT and Operations
• Execute standard work with quality and timeliness, meet SLAs, document HR processes and interactions
• Provide frontline employee support by responding to inquiries and resolving issues or escalating
• Assist in running feedback channels (roundtables, floor walks, engagement activities) and track action items
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement, retention, and use of tools to improve communication and performance conversations
• Support site-level engagement, communication, and culture-building initiatives and coordinate logistics
• Track and summarize PXT-related data and prepare insights for site reviews
• Promote self-service tools to resolve routine questions and identify gaps for improvements
