Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an HR Partner to join the USNS PXT team, focusing on employee experience, engagement, and HR operations. The role emphasizes building partnerships with site operations, coaching leaders, and leveraging data-driven insights to improve the employee journey.

You will work onsite at an Amazon facility, support engagement initiatives, and help ensure smooth HR processes across the site.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and data handling.
Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
Ability to communicate complex concepts across diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Support employee experience by executing HR programs and partnering with PXT and Operations.
Run standard work with quality, timeliness, and maintain HR process documentation.
Provide frontline support, address inquiries, and escalate as needed.
Assist in gathering feedback channels and drive engagement improvements.
Coach frontline leaders on engagement and performance conversations.
Coordinate site-level engagement initiatives and log results.
Track PXT data trends and prepare insights for reviews.
Promote self-service tools and identify usability gaps.
