Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks an HR Partner to support PXT operations, drive employee engagement, and coach leaders on HR practices. The role emphasizes data-driven insights, confidentiality, and a strong customer-centric approach on site.

You will work closely with site operations, manage engage initiatives, and develop core HR capabilities to support career growth within AMZL PXT. Onsite work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon HR experience.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support programs and partner with PXT and Operations to enhance engagement.
• Execute standard HR processes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve or escalate employee matters appropriately.
• Assist in gathering feedback channels and monitor engagement initiatives.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement and performance conversations.
• Track HR data and prepare insights for site reviews.
• Promote self-service tools and improve tool adoption.
