Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Michigan is seeking an HR Partner to join our People eXperience and Technology (PXT) team. You will support employee experience, engagement, leadership development, and HR operations, partnering with site operations to drive a culture that values safety, inclusion, and performance.

You will work onsite at an Amazon facility, handle confidential information, use data-driven HR tools, and coach leaders on PXT practices to improve engagement, retention, and overall

Qualifications

• Experience handling confidential information.
• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years Amazon experience with 1-year HR general experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support positive employee experience by executing programs and partnering with PXT and Operations.
• Execute standard work with quality, meet SLAs and document HR processes.
• Respond to inquiries and escalate matters as needed.
• Assist in feedback channels and drive improvements in employee experience.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement and use of HR tools.
• Track PXT data and prepare insights for site reviews.
