• Improve site effectiveness by addressing root causes and ensuring fair policy application.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and implement proactive HR solutions.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
• Coach leaders on performance feedback, development, and employee relations.
• Partner on equitable talent practices across selection and development.
• Drive adoption of HR tech and AI while maintaining high-touch service.
