Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Ohio is hiring an HR Partner to support employee experience, engagement, leadership development, and HR operational excellence. The role partners with PXT and Operations to foster a safe, inclusive culture and drive results.

You will handle frontline employee support, coach leaders, track HR data, and promote self-service tools. A Bachelor's degree or relevant Amazon experience with HR exposure is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon experience with 1-year human resources general experience or equivalent experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 5+ years of Amazon experience with 1-year HR general experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Experience handling confidential information
• Experience communicating complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences across functions

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing key programs and partnering with PXT and Operations
• Execute standard work with quality and timely SLAs, maintaining documentation of HR processes
• Provide frontline employee support by responding to inquiries and handling concerns
• Assist in running feedback channels and engage in engagement activities
• Coach frontline leaders on behaviors that impact engagement and retention
• Support site-level engagement, communication, and culture-building initiatives
• Track HR data and prepare insights for site reviews or team discussions
• Promote self-service tools to resolve routine questions and identify usability gaps
