You will partner with business leaders to drive talent management, employee engagement, and internal customer service, using data-driven insights to influence outcomes and culture.

The role may lead entry-level HR staff and manage strategic projects enhancing employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of HR or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting employee-focused processes (onboarding, benefits, investigations, training, or talent management).

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying patterns and aligning with policy while reducing risk.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and implement proactive HR solutions.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
• Coach leaders on people management, performance feedback, and complex employee relations.
• Partner to ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement.
• Drive adoption of HR technology and AI while delivering high-touch service.
