Amazon is seeking an HR Partner on the AMZL PXT team to support employee experience, engagement, leadership development and HR operational excellence onsite at a Charlotte facility. You will execute standard HR processes, respond to employee inquiries, coach leaders, track engagement metrics, and partner with Operations to reinforce workplace standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 5+ years Amazon experience with 1-year HR general experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience handling confidential information
• Experience communicating to a diverse, global audience
• Degree in HR, Management, Business, Labor Relations, Psychology, or related field
• Experience in customer service or people-facing roles with strong communication
• Ability to analyze information and make data-driven decisions
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas)
• Proficiency with AI-powered tools and HR analytics platforms
• Ability to train and guide others in HR technologies
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience building partnerships across teams
• Ability to navigate ambiguous situations with sound judgement
• Basic understanding of HR processes and policies
• Demonstrated problem-solving and resourcefulness

Responsabilités

• Support a positive employee experience by executing key HR programs and partnering with PXT and Operations.
• Execute standard work with quality and timeliness, maintain documentation of HR processes.
• Provide frontline employee support by responding to inquiries and handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Assist in running and monitoring engagement channels and coordinate feedback with senior PXT members.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement, retention, and use of HR tools to improve communication and performance.
• Support site-level engagement and culture-building initiatives and monitor effectiveness.
• Learn to track PXT-related data and prepare insights for site reviews or team discussions.
• Promote self-service HR tools and identify gaps to improve usability and adoption.
