Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing key HR programs and partnering with PXT and Operations.
• Execute standard work with quality and timeliness, maintain documentation of HR processes.
• Provide frontline employee support and handle inquiries with discretion.
• Assist in tracking feedback channels and partner with senior PXT members to drive improvements.
• Coach frontline leaders on behaviors that impact engagement and retention.
• Support site-level engagement, communication, and culture-building initiatives.
