Job summary

Amazon seeks an HR Partner to join our People eXperience and Technology (PXT) team on site. You will support HR operations, engagement, and leadership coaching, using data-driven insights to enhance the employee experience across an AMZL site.

The role focuses on standard work execution, issue resolution, and proactive partnership with site operations. You will develop HR capabilities, navigate complex challenges, and help foster a safe, inclusive culture for hourly employees.

Qualifications

• Experience handling confidential information.
• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon HR experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience communicating effectively with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing key HR programs and partnering with PXT and Operations.
• Execute standard work with consistent quality, meet SLAs, and document HR processes and interactions.
• Respond to inquiries, address concerns, and escalate employee matters as needed.
• Assist in running and monitoring feedback channels and engagement activities; track follow-ups.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement and retention; guide tool usage for better communication and performance discussions.
• Support site-level engagement, communication, and culture-building initiatives; coordinate logistics and feedback.
• Track and summarize PXT-related data and prepare insights for site reviews.
• Promote self-service tools to resolve routine questions and identify gaps for improvement.
