Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required or 2+ years of Amazon experience with 1 year HR general experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience handling confidential information
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences across functions

• Support a positive employee experience by executing key HR programs and partnering with PXT and Operations
• Execute standard work with consistent quality and SLAs, maintaining documentation
• Provide frontline employee support and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Assist in feedback channels, floor walks, and engagement activities, driving improvements
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement and performance conversations
• Support site-level engagement, communication and culture-building initiatives
• Track and summarize PXT data for insights at site reviews or team discussions
• Promote self-service tools to resolve routine questions and identify usability gaps
