Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an HR Partner in Torrance, CA to support People eXperience and Technology (PXT) initiatives. You will drive employee experience, engagement, leadership development, and HR operational excellence on the AMZL PXT team onsite at the Torrance facility.

You will build partnerships, handle sensitive data with discretion, and use data-driven insights to improve HR processes and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience with 1-year human resources general experience or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Experience handling confidential information
• Experience communicating complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences across functions

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing key HR programs and partnering with PXT and Operations.
• Execute standard HR work with accuracy, meeting SLAs and documenting interactions.
• Provide frontline employee support, address inquiries, and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist in feedback channels and engagement activities, tracking results and improvements.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement, performance conversations, and tool use.
