Amazon seeks an HR Partner to support PXT operations on the (Insert Line of Business) team, focusing on employee experience, engagement, leadership development, and HR operational excellence. You will work onsite at an Amazon facility, building partnerships, driving engagement, and coaching leaders to optimize HR practices.

This role emphasizes data-driven insights, using HR technologies to enhance employee experience, while developing core HR capabilities for career growth within Amazon.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon HR/general experience OR equivalent experience.
• Experience handling confidential information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience communicating effectively with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing key HR programs and partnering with PXT and Operations.
• Execute standard work with quality and timeliness, maintaining documentation.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve employee matters with discretion.
• Support feedback channels and engagement activities, tracking follow-up.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement and performance conversations.
• Assist in site-level engagement and culture-building initiatives.
• Track and summarize PXT data for site reviews and discussions.
• Promote self-service tools and identify gaps to improve adoption.
