Job summary

JLL is seeking an HR People Experience Partner (PXP) to strengthen employee purpose and performance by activating HR products and coaching managers across the employee lifecycle. You will work with Business & HR leaders to enhance moments that matter and create a culture of inclusion.

Based in an on-site role across Chicago, IL and Mountain View, CA, you will deliver local execution of the global HR strategy, influence policy, and support transitions with a focus on belonging and employee

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in an HR partner role.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach managers and influence stakeholders.
• Experience enabling employee experience across lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Act as local delivery experts of JLL's global HR strategy.
• Proactively anticipate opportunities or issues and develop innovative solutions.
• Enable an exceptional employee experience during onboarding, performance reviews, promotions, etc.
• Lead or participate in projects impacting business results.
• Provide consultation to business stakeholders through coaching, training and advisory support.
• Support transition, expansion and stabilization of new business with focus on employee experience.
• Cultivate relationships with local employees and People Partners to build trust.
