Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a People Experience Partner to drive local delivery of HR initiatives across Chicago, Seattle, and Dallas.

You will partner with business leadership to enhance the employee lifecycle from onboarding to promotions, while promoting an inclusive culture and strong stakeholder coaching. The role requires 5+ years in HR and a Bachelor's degree, with on-site presence in multiple cities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HR experience with employee relations, investigations, and performance management.
• Experience in a remote, matrixed, geographically distributed organization.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, business, or related field; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as local delivery expert of JLL’s HR strategy and ensure alignment with Global HR.
• Support onboarding, performance reviews, promotions, and employee lifecycle needs.
• Provide coaching and advisory support to business stakeholders and leadership.
• Foster inclusion and belonging, build trust with local employees and People Partners.
• Drive HR task efficiency across touchpoints and cross-functional handoffs.
