Job summary

JLL is seeking a People Experience Partner (PXP) to act as the strategic, on-the-ground HR presence in the Boston area, supporting local business priorities and employee experiences. This role collaborates with AskJLL, KCOEs, and People Partners to deliver human-centered HR solutions.

The PXP will drive HR transformation, advise managers on workforce planning and development, and champion digital HR tools such as Workday and MyLearning to streamline processes and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience including HRBP or generalist roles.
• Experience in a remote, matrixed, geographically distributed organization.
• Familiarity with HR service delivery models and tiered support structures.
• Experience with HR technology platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as local delivery expert of global HR strategy and Accelerate 2030 priorities.
• Partner with KCOEs to ensure consistent HR execution and alignment.
• Facilitate warm handoffs to relevant HR functions for efficient issue resolution.
• Champion HR digital tools to drive self-service adoption and reduce admin burden.
• Enable exceptional employee experience through onboarding, reviews, promotions, and transitions.
