Job summary

JLL in the United States is seeking an HR People Experience Partner to strengthen employee purpose, elevate performance, and drive HR services for business and HR leaders. The role focuses on coaching managers and enhancing moments that matter throughout the employee lifecycle.

As a local delivery expert, you will align with global HR strategy, manage employee relations and performance, and help cultivate inclusion and belonging while delivering efficient HR tasks and programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in an HR partner role.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources preferred.
• Drive growth of the workforce on the ground as a local HR professional.
• Skilled facilitator to lead local and regional events and programs.
• Strong team management with ability to manage priorities.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt communication for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as local delivery experts aligning with global HR strategy.
• Provide coaching, training, and advisory support to business leaders.
• Improve employee experience across onboarding, performance, promotion, etc.
• Lead or participate in projects impacting business results.
• Support transitions, expansions, and stabilization of new business.
