Job summary

JLL is seeking a seasoned People Experience Partner (PXP) to advance strategic HR partnerships, employee relations, and HR transformation initiatives. This role focuses on local delivery of JLL's HR strategy, partnering with KCOEs, and enabling a human-centered employee experience.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and comfort working in a remote, matrixed organization. This on-site position supports multiple U.S. locations including Parsippany, NJ.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Human Resources experience, with demonstrated HRBP or generalist experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (e.g., BS in Human Resources, Business Administration, or vocational apprenticeship in a related discipline).
• Experience working in a remote, matrixed, and geographically distributed organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consultation to business stakeholders through coaching, training, and advisory support.
• Partner with managers on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Facilitate local and regional employee events, programs, and learning experiences in partnership with the Learning & Development KCOE.
