Job summary

JLL is seeking an HR People Experience Partner to strengthen employee purpose and elevate performance by enabling HR products and services across the employee lifecycle.

The role requires at least 3 years in an HR partner capacity, with a focus on facilitation, coaching and stakeholder collaboration to improve the employee experience. On-site location options include Chicago and Mountain View, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in an HR partner role.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources preferred.
• Drive the growth of the workforce on the ground as a local HR professional.
• Strong facilitation and advisory capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as local delivery experts of JLL's global HR strategy and align with local policies.
• Provide coaching, training and advisory support to business stakeholders.
• Lead or participate in short-term projects impacting business results.
• Manage employee relations and performance management in partnership with Employee Relations.
• Support transitions, expansions and stabilizations of new business with employee experience in mind.
