Job summary

JLL in Chicago, IL is seeking an HR People Experience Partner to implement local HR strategy and coach managers across the employee lifecycle, ensuring alignment with the global HR framework.

You will enable an exceptional employee experience during onboarding, performance reviews, promotion, and transitions, working with business leaders to build trust and drive key HR initiatives. This role does not sponsor visas and requires authorization to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in an HR partner role.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as local delivery experts of JLL's global HR strategy, ensuring local policies align with the global approach.
• Provide consultation to business stakeholders through coaching, training and advisory support.
• Lead or participate in just-in-time projects impacting business results.
• Support assigned employee group in transition, expansion and stabilization of new business with focus on employee experience.
