Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in an HR partner role
• Leadership skills to drive growth on the ground
• Facilitate local and regional employee events and programs
• Strong ability to manage priorities and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and advisory support to managers and business partners
• Act as local delivery expert of JLL's HR strategy
• Enable an exceptional employee experience through lifecycle moments (onboarding, performance, promotion)
• Collaborate with Employee Relations to handle employee relations scenarios
• Support transitions and expansions with focus on employee experience
• Build trusted relationships with employees and managers as the primary touchpoint
