Job summary

FIS in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Senior Lead, People Experience & Enablement to design and deliver employee experiences that translate people strategies into practical programs across the organization. You will partner with leaders and HR teams to turn priorities into meaningful experiences employees can adopt and sustain.

This role blends experience design, change enablement and continuous improvement to strengthen engagement and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, organizational development, business, communications, psychology, or related field.
• Experience leading employee experience and change initiatives in a large org.
• Proven ability to design programs influencing behavior and adoption.
• Strong consulting, facilitation, and stakeholder management to influence senior leaders.
• Experience using feedback and journey mapping to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design experiences that support adoption of people programs, processes, tools and new ways of working.
• Partner with HR subject matter experts and business leaders to turn priorities into meaningful employee experiences.
• Develop activation plans and leadership practices that sustain behavior change.
• Facilitate listening sessions, workshops and co-creation activities to identify needs and adoption barriers.
• Create scalable frameworks and best practices across the enterprise.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on experience design and adoption strategies.
• Measure employee experience effectiveness using feedback and adoption insights.
• Connect people initiatives across the employee journey for an aligned experience.
• Work across functions to embed people strategies into day-to-day operations.
