Job summary

FIS is seeking a Senior Lead, Leadership Experience Partner to design and deliver enterprise leadership and development experiences that drive measurable business outcomes. You will translate priorities into scalable, engaging programs and partner with leaders, SMEs and facilitators to ensure consistency and impact.

You will lead end-to-end leadership journeys, enable trainers, and apply playbooks and best practices to maximize learning outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with deep experience in leadership development and executive education.
• 12+ years designing and delivering leadership development solutions.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders to drive behavior change and adoption of new working practices.
• Experience enabling facilitators and instructors to deliver programs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality leadership and capability-building programs for diverse audiences.
• Define end-to-end leadership journeys and ROI metrics.
• Facilitate instructor-led, virtual and blended learning experiences.
• Collaborate with business leaders and SMEs to translate priorities into learning.
• Coach through practice, real-world scenarios and feedback to reinforce outcomes.
• Gather insights to continuously improve program quality and impact.
