Job summary

FIS is seeking a Senior Lead, People Experience & Enablement to design and deliver employee experiences aligned with people strategies across the organization.

Partner with HR and business leaders to translate priorities into practical programs, enabling adoption and sustained behavior change. The role focuses on experience design, change enablement, and continuous improvement for lasting impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/OD/Business or related field.
• Extensive experience leading employee experience, organizational change, enablement or transformation initiatives.
• Successful programs that influence employee behavior and long-term adoption.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management to influence senior leaders.
• Experience using feedback, journey mapping and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Design experiences that support adoption of people programs, processes, tools and new ways of working.
• Partner with HR SMEs and leaders to turn priorities into meaningful experiences.
• Develop activation plans and leadership practices that sustain change.
• Facilitate listening sessions, workshops and co-creation to identify needs and barriers.
• Create scalable frameworks and best practices across the enterprise.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on experience design and enablement.
• Measure experience effectiveness using feedback and adoption insights.
• Connect people initiatives across the employee journey to a consistent experience.
