Job summary

FIS Management Services LLC is seeking a People Experience & Enablement Specialist to bring people strategies to life through practical programs and activation plans for employees and leaders.

The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing employee experience initiatives, designing journey maps and toolkits, and partnering with stakeholders to translate strategies into actionable experiences across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • 3+ years supporting employee experience, learning, change management, communications, or HR initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional projects and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate and execute employee experience initiatives to drive adoption of new programs and practices.
  • Create journey maps, playbooks, toolkits and guides for easy understanding and application.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate people strategies into practical experiences for employees and leaders.
  • Manage activities, timelines, communications and launch plans across multiple workstreams.
  • Develop reusable templates and frameworks that improve consistency and future initiatives.
  • Create reinforcement activities and leader resources to embed new practices into daily work.
  • Gather employee feedback and adoption insights to identify opportunities for improvement.

About the role:

As a People Experience & Enablement Specialist, you will bring people strategies to life through practical experiences, resources and activation plans for employees and leaders. Partnering across teams, you will turn ideas into clear, engaging programs that build understanding and adoption. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple initiatives, designing meaningful employee experiences and translating strategy into action.

What you will be doing:
  • Plan, coordinate and execute employee experience and enablement initiatives that drive adoption of new programs, processes and ways of working.
  • Create journey maps, playbooks, toolkits and guides that make information easy to understand and apply.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate people strategies into practical experiences for employees and leaders.
  • Manage activities, timelines, communications and launch plans across multiple workstreams to support successful delivery.
  • Develop reusable templates, materials and frameworks that improve consistency and support future initiatives.
  • Create reinforcement activities, leader resources and employee touchpoints that embed new practices into daily work.
  • Gather employee feedback and adoption insights to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting employee experience, learning, change management, communications, human resources or related people-focused initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional projects and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content and user-friendly resources.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, collaborate with stakeholders and drive initiatives from planning through execution.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience developing employee toolkits, playbooks, journey maps or enablement materials.
  • Familiarity with design/video technology (Canva, etc...)
  • Familiarity with employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, change adoption or workforce communications programs.
  • Experience analyzing feedback, engagement metrics or adoption trends to make recommendations for improvement.
