Job summary

FIS is seeking a People Experience & Enablement Specialist to translate people strategies into practical experiences and resources. You will coordinate initiatives, design employee journeys, playbooks and guides, and partner with stakeholders to turn strategy into action.

In this role you will manage multiple workstreams, develop templates and reinforcement activities, gather feedback, and drive adoption of new programs across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 3+ years delivering employee experience, learning or change initiatives.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects at pace.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to create engaging content.
• Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders from planning to execution.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute employee experience initiatives to drive adoption.
• Create journey maps, playbooks, toolkits, and guides for easy use.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate people strategies into practical experiences.
• Manage activities, timelines, communications across multiple workstreams.
• Develop reusable templates and frameworks to improve consistency.
• Create reinforcement activities and leader resources embedded in daily work.
• Gather feedback and adoption insights for continuous improvement.
