Job summary

FIS, a global fintech leader, seeks a Senior Lead, Leadership Experience Partner to drive enterprise leadership and development programs. You will translate business priorities into engaging learning experiences, partnering with leaders, facilitators and SMEs to deliver scalable programs with measurable impact.

This role blends facilitation, operational rigor and continuous improvement to build leadership capability and reinforce key behaviors across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, L&D, Business, Education or related field.
• 12+ years in leadership development or executive education with direct ownership over leadership solutions.
• Ability to partner with business leaders to design and deliver leadership journeys.
• Experience enabling instructors to deliver learning programs.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with high standards.
• Proven success creating end-to-end leadership journeys.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality leadership and capability-building programs for diverse audiences.
• Build end-to-end experience for leaders to build capability, with metrics for success.
• Facilitate instructor-led, virtual and blended learning experiences.
• Partner with leaders and SMEs to translate priorities into relevant learning experiences.
• Reinforce leadership behaviors through coaching moments and experiential activities.
• Gather feedback and insights to continuously improve program quality and outcomes.
• Deliver a train-the-trainer model to enable consistent delivery.
• Coordinate content and support scalable program delivery models.
• Apply standards and playbooks for consistent program execution.
• Manage program delivery operations and stakeholder engagement across initiatives.
