Job summary

Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurants is seeking a Manager of Team Member Experience to shape the journey of our Team Members from day one through milestones. You will lead hiring, onboarding, training, recognition, engagement, and HR support to create a valued, supported, and inspired workplace.

You will collaborate with trainers and managers to implement programs, oversee onboarding check-ins (2-week, 45-day, 90-day), and ensure compliance while driving talent development and retention in a

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management or trainer roles within hospitality.
• Ability to implement training programs and standards.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with HR systems, certifications, and policies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with trainers and managers to ensure training programs are executed and standards are met.
• Drive the new-hire onboarding check-in process to ensure department managers conduct 2-week and 45-day checks; 90-day checks are conducted by the GM/EKM.
• Track and analyze time-in-position data and identify training and development opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with HR systems, certifications, and break policies.
• Attend Community and manager meetings to stay aligned with team needs.
• Observe new Team Members on shift and provide feedback to support success.
