Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery is seeking a Manager of Team Member Experience in Scottsdale, AZ. You will lead initiatives to attract, engage, and retain top talent, focusing on hiring, onboarding, training, recognition, engagement, and HR support to create a valued, supported team.

You will develop staffing plans, manage onboarding/offboarding, coordinate training materials and uniforms, and partner with trainers to ensure programs meet standards, while promoting Cooper’s Hawk values and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality HR or people operations, with a focus on onboarding and training.
• Experience as a New Restaurant Opening Trainer, Lead Restaurant Trainer, or in restaurant management.
• Strong hospitality mindset with knowledge of front-of-house, back-of-house operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop quarterly staffing plans and partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure sourcing strategies are in place.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure internal job postings are visible to current Team Members.
• Ensure onboarding and offboarding processes are timely, organized, and positive.
• Collaborate with trainers and managers to ensure training programs are executed and standards are met.
