Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee high-volume operations including a scratch kitchen, retail market, tasting room, and Wine Club program. You will lead a team, uphold service standards, and drive hospitality excellence.

Responsibilities include hiring and training, scheduling, and maintaining strong financial performance while fostering a positive work culture and guest experience. Must be 21+ with strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Must represent Cooper’s Hawk values.
• Minimum age requirement of 21 years.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Is results-driven; able to coach team to hit restaurant targets (i.e. Wine Club Community growth).
• Ability to read, understand and communicate in English.

Responsabilités

• Lead 1–2 department areas with confidence.
• Hire, train, and schedule hourly Team Members.
• Ensure policies and operating systems are followed.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment.
• Take initiative to solve problems and improve operations.
• Coach and develop Team Members to ensure smooth shift execution.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve restaurant goals.
