Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants is seeking a Manager of Team Member Experience to shape the journey of our Team Members, from onboarding to growth, while upholding our values and supporting business growth. You will lead hiring, training, recognition, engagement, and development initiatives to create a valued and inspired workplace.

You will collaborate with trainers and managers to ensure training programs are executed, manage onboarding and 2-week/45-day checks, and analyze

Qualifications

• Experience as New Restaurant Opening Trainer, Lead Trainer, or restaurant management.
• Passion for hospitality and Cooper's Hawk values.
• Knowledge of tasting room, front-of-house and kitchen operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong leadership.
• Able to work flexible shifts, weekends, holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand 10 hours.
• English reading and writing required.
• Experience with onboarding/training programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop quarterly staffing plans with Talent Acquisition.
• Maintain applicant tracking and post internal jobs.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Lead training program execution with trainers and managers.
• Coordinate stay interviews and feedback.
• Share engagement and retention insights with leadership.
• Coordinate charity events and community involvement.
• Interact with guests to ensure hospitality.
