Job summary

LHH US is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support daily HR operations and drive employee engagement across the business in Arizona. This role requires a people-focused approach and the ability to wear multiple HR hats in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle employee inquiries, support full-cycle recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, performance coaching, records management, benefits, leave, and policy communication while partnering with leadership to strengthen culture.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist/HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations and compliance (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, etc.).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries.
• Support full-cycle recruitment, including posting, interviewing and hiring.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation and offboarding processes.
• Assist with performance evaluations and coaching initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support benefits enrollment, leave management and policy communication.
• Partner with leadership to strengthen culture and employee engagement.
• Assist with HR reporting, analytics and process improvements.
