The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates across HR disciplines, and will handle employee relations, recruiting, benefits, onboarding, records, training, and compliance. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in HR are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR Generalist or similar HR role.
• Knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support employee relations activities, including policy interpretation, performance management, and workplace issue resolution.
• Assist with recruiting: job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, onboarding.
• Administer employee benefits programs and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and compliant.
• Support training, employee development, and performance review processes.
• Assist with HR reporting, audits, and compliance initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Process employee changes, new hires, and terminations within the HRIS system.
• Partner with management to support workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives.
