HMSHost in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to run daily People & Culture functions, including employee relations, hiring and interviewing staff, policy enforcement, and benefits administration in a hospitality setting.

The role covers full life cycle management, advising Operations leadership on engagement, retention, training, performance, and compliance; leads confidential investigations and supports field operations with HR guidance and data-driven decisions.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in hospitality, food, beverage and/or retail preferred.
• SHRM-SCP or HRCI-SPHR certification strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure HR processes comply with laws, policies, and collective bargaining agreements where applicable.
• Manage full employee lifecycle: attraction, onboarding, engagement, development, retention, and offboarding.
• Advise Operations leadership on policies, engagement, retention, training, and performance management.
• Handle confidential investigations and coordinate training to promote learning and compliance.
• Recruit, interview, and support hiring for open positions; review staffing plans and turnover data.
