Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of HR Generalist experience supporting a high-volume workforce.
• Strong understanding of employee relations and HR best practices.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary HR resource for employees and managers.
• Ensure consistent administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Address employee relations concerns and conduct workplace investigations when necessary.
• Partner with management on performance management, employee inquiries, and workplace issues.
• Communicate regularly with employees to promote engagement and a positive workplace culture.
