Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing analyses of numerous Human Resources programs and initiatives.
• Analyzing and reporting staffing initiatives on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis and making recommendations.
• Create, maintain and analyze timely analytics/metrics on HR initiatives.
• Create and maintain ad hoc analytics requests.
• Develop new reporting platforms to convey results with allocated tools.
• Convert complex data into visually appealing presentations for all audiences.
• Assist HR in carrying out various HR programs and procedures.
