Responsibilities

• Perform analyses of HR programs and initiatives.
• Analyze and report HR staffing initiatives on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis and make improvement recommendations.
• Create, maintain, and analyze timely analytics/metrics on HR initiatives.
• Create and maintain ad hoc analytics requests.
• Develop new/innovative reporting platforms to convey results using allocated tools.
• Convert complex data into visually appealing presentations for audiences at all levels.
• Assist HR in carrying out HR programs and procedures.
