Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of enterprise talent and people strategies.
Provide strategic oversight across performance, talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, and analytics.
Lead and develop the Talent & People Analytics team; ensure high-quality delivery across the portfolio.
Oversee annual performance management cycle, talent reviews, and succession planning processes.
Develop tools, communications, resources, and leader enablement for performance conversations and leadership pipelines.
Establish dashboards, data governance, and analytic frameworks for timely insights.
