Qualifications

• BA/BS in Human Resources, Psychology, Statistics, Business Administration from a four-year college or university.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in People Analytics and/or Data Science related to workforce trends.
• 1 year Workday Custom Report Writing and Calculated Fields required.
