Job summary

Child Care Resource Center in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a People Analyst to analyze operational data related to People & Culture and interdepartmental initiatives. Under the direct supervision of the Director, People Experience, the People Analyst will manage the project life cycle; communicate project status, goals, and targets; and research, develop, and implement policies and procedures as needed.

Requires BA/BS in a relevant field, 3+ years in People Analytics, 1 year Workday reporting

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Human Resources, Psychology, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field from four-year College or University.
• 3+ years experience in People Analytics and/or Data Science with workforce or people trends.
• 1 year Workday Custom Report Writing and Calculated Fields required.
• Demonstrated ability in data collection, cleansing and analysis including multivariate regression models.
• Background in HR data reporting, dashboards, and collaboration with HR leaders.
